e-YB - Launching an online service for the voters and residents of P172 Kota Kinabalu by Marcel Jude

Greetings all.

As candidate for P172 Kota Kinabalu in GE-15 I am launching the e-YB to assist the constituents and voters of P172 Kota Kinabalu.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how the authorities in P172 Kota Kinabalu have reasonably undertaken to provide a service, product or attempted to resolve an issue you can make a formal complaint through me by using the e-YB apps found on this website known as marceljude.com which was constructed just for you beloved people and voters of P172 Kota Kinabalu.

I encourage you to document your concerns in writing using the e-YB link at the top and the foot of this page, providing complete details so that the matter can be thoroughly investigated.

After lodging your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgement between 7 and 10 business days.

Depending on the complexity of the issues raised by the complaint or any requisite legal framework, I will aim to write to you about your complaint within twenty to thirty working days.

Complaint is defined to be: an expression of dissatisfaction made to or about a public department located in P172 Kota Kinabalu and is related to its products, services, employees or the handling of a complaint, where a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected or legally required.

However a complaint is not:

a) service request or suggestion for a service; b) general feedback on a service, meaning an opinion, comment, or expression of interest or concern.

No person shall be adversely affected by making a complaint. The personal details you provide will be kept private and confidential and used only for the purposes of contacting you about and processing your complaint.

It is expected that complaints are made in good faith and unreasonable or vexatious complaints will not be actioned.

The procedure is simple. All you have to do is to go to the top or the foot of this website. When you see the tab 'e-YB' just click and a blank email will emerge. Just complete the e-mail and send.
